Since I was a little girl, reptiles have fascinated me and my thirst to know more eventually led to me creating Scales and Shells. I am 1 of only a very small number of fully licenced private breeders in the UK and very proudly hold a 4* Higher standards as my very 1st licence. I base all my work with my animals around being as Natural and Ethical as I possibly can and no expense is spared into keeping/raising the animals here.I very rarely sell adults, all adults are my pets before they are anything else and it has taken a very very long time for me to source the very best quality animals from all over , as babies and raised them up as adults in which to breed from. I go through every step of correct housing, husbandry and diet with new owners to ensure the animals I sell will lead happy, healthy lives once they leave.Nearly all my animals leave with a birth certificate and my lifetime of aftercare no matter how much time has passed .I'm very proud to be the home of the crested gecko Butterscotch highlighter line, the only place this line can be obtained from.
